INFORMATION FOR CLUB SECRETARIES:

1. There will be a meeting on Tuesday 12th May at 8.30pm at Poynton Workmens Club, Park Lane Poynton, SK12 1RG. This meeting is to fill in all the necessary forms that are required by the various FA's and the league. You are asked to bring either a cheque or cash with you for the following amounts (Cheques made payable to ECSFL). For clubs that play on Stockport Pitches the costs is £94.75 (this includes your Stockport Cup Fee) and for clubs that play on Macclesfield Pitches the cost is £74.75

You will also need to bring with you a list of players who play in your club both senior and junior (name, address and date of birth) as this is required by the FA.

If you owe the league any money for please make sure you bring that with you as well.

2. The Secretaries v Referees game has been organised at Poynton Sports Club on Friday 15th May 6.30pm kick off. This will be followed by the league Presentation evening at The Willows Suite, behind Poynton Workmens Club. Please encourage your players to attend the event as it will be an enjoyable evening and the sec's and ref's need your support.

It is expected that the presentations will start at about 9 pm.

3. The league AGM will take place on Monday 15th June at 8pm again at Poynton Workmens Club. Each Club must have 2 representatives at this meeting. An agenda will be sent out to you in advance.
