Secretarial Duties

HOME TEAM

Prior to a game by 8pm on Thursday:
1. Contact the referee to confirm his availability and that he knows directions. Also confirm kick off time with him. You can find details of your referee on full time website by clicking on referees in the blue panel on left hand side of screen. If there is a problem with referee contact referees secretary.
2. Contact away team, check there is no clash of kit colour, confirm kick off time, directions and who to contact if there is a problem on match day.

On matchday:

1. Has the pitch been marked out
2. Has the team got a match card, first aid kit and everything else that is required to play the game?
3. Offer to pay the referee and hand him the completed match cards before the game

ALL TEAMS

By 12 noon the day after the game
1. Log onto full time website with the id and password that has been given to team administrator
2. If it is a league game click on the button results and stats
3. Go to the game that has been played
4. Put in the score if not already completed
5. Put in the score for the referee under your team see guide to marking referees.
6. Click on your team name
7. Check the box next to the players who have started the game
8. check the box next to the players who have started on the bench
9. Put in the number of goals next to the player who have scored
10. Scroll down to the bottom click on update stats for players button
11. If you have completed this correctly it will show you the stats i.e. the number started, the number on bench and number of goals.
12. Complete referee report form and email to David Pinion (Ref Secretary)
For cup games click on the cup wizard button then click results. Follow steps 3 to 11 as above.
